• Inbox navigation got cleaner: real paging that never skips rows, groups can fold, search results stick around, and the take control line is clickable.
• Read vs Still needs you is now distinct, Needs you uses the server’s source of truth, and unread counts stay accurate even without a read receipt.
• Replies are safer to compose: a failed send keeps your draft, and thread state no longer leaks between people.
• Booking context is tighter: the booking you earned is one click away, and you can filter by funnel rung.
• Automations are clearer: Pause vs Archive is legible, Archive replaces Delete with a way back, and we explain exactly what happens.
• Teaching in the inbox is smoother: reps see feedback again, and you can teach from a person’s message.

Bug fixes

• Inbox counts and buckets are correct again: All no longer shows a bucket’s size while inside it, Needs you mirrors the server, and unread stays right without read receipts.
• Draft and links are stable: failed replies no longer delete what you typed, manual reply no longer crashes on missing info, and the booking link and docs now match the product.
• Teaching and patterns are unblocked: expert patterns run again, feedback accepts notes, and corrections apply even without a Loop; reps can leave them too.
• Agents behave better: your rules now reach Loop, synthetic bodies don’t force a turn, and Loop stops narrating human actions it cannot see.
• Affiliate is sturdier: we blocked reciprocal and cross‑referrals, treat not eligible as final, fixed a 500 and throttled attribution, cleaned up loading states and layout, and made the guard safe so it never affects the app.
• Voice and schedules are steadier: voice guard reports no longer drop mid‑call, and digest cadence picks the right time zone.
