Templates land, plus a Playbook Store

New features

• You can now build and reuse Templates in Studio with a simple editor and a new Templates tab.
• Templates pull from your own data so outputs stay consistent across loops.
• We opened the Playbook Store so you can browse proven loops and add them in one click.
• The Daily Brief now lives in-product with Improvement Cards that call out what to fix today.
• The autonomy dial lets you choose how much Loop is handling for each loop.
• Loop version history helps you see what changed over time.
• For email, you can set a custom Reply-To even when replies are off.

Experience updates

• We added a quick calibration note and clearer rate-versus-count in the Brief.
• We spread email send timing across the window so people don’t all get the same instant.

Bug fixes

• We fixed CTA click tracking so stats match what people actually do.
• Emails with a WhatsApp click-to-chat link no longer get blocked when there’s also a main CTA button.
• Challenge loops now go live as Active instead of getting stuck as Running.
