Global People search with quick profiles

You can now find People from any page and open a quick profile, plus we tightened owed-reply windows and goal tracking.
New features
- Find any Person from anywhere. Use the new search box in the app frame to look up a name or email and jump straight to them.
- Open a read-only Person profile with a card, brief, and a timeline of Conversations so you get context fast without changing data.
Bug fixes
- Owed-reply timing works as expected: we only re-arm the window for active People at the first unanswered inbound, and we now treat messages from you and the Person correctly when deciding if Loop owes a reply.
- Goals behave predictably: your own offer events count as the goal, free Bookings stay free in free-booking Loops, and if a service can’t be read we still track the goal.
- Fewer edge-case errors when loading sent emails, and consistent UTC timestamp comparisons keep schedules steady.
