Plans, credits and billing
How Loop's Free, Basic, Pro and Enterprise plans work, what credits pay for, and where to change your plan, add a promo code, or manage billing.
Loop runs on four plans — Free, Basic, Pro and Enterprise — each with its own monthly credit grant. Credits are what pay for outbound actions: email sends, voice call minutes, and AI writing. You manage your plan, credits, and payment details from Settings → Billing.
What are the Loop plans?
Free keeps selling on Topmate free and gives you Loop credits to try the AI tools: Content Studio (up to 25 images or 2 videos) and one rule-based Instagram Auto DM workflow.
Basic is for automating Instagram and making your own creatives. On top of everything in Free, it adds email loops, a bigger Content Studio pool (up to 120 images or 12 cinematic videos), Funnels, unlimited rule-based Instagram Auto DM workflows, and Zoom Pro.
Pro is the plan where Loop runs the full conversation — first message to booked and paid. On top of everything in Basic, it adds Voice loops, agentic email and voice loops, agentic Instagram Auto DM, WhatsApp agentic loops, a larger Content Studio pool (up to 350 images or 35 cinematic videos), Memberships, and Community.
Enterprise is for creators who want us to run growth for them — on top of everything in Pro, it adds custom Loop credits and quotas, higher rate limits and priority runs, a dedicated sales team, managed performance marketing, a dedicated relationship manager, and a security review with SSO. Enterprise pricing is custom — reach out and we'll set it up with you.
Basic and Pro are billed monthly or annually (annual is 10 months' worth of the monthly price — two months free). Pricing is shown in your local currency where we support it, otherwise in USD.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New subscriptions to Basic or Pro start with a 14-day free trial — your card is captured at checkout, and the first charge happens when the trial ends. If you're already on a paid plan and switch tiers, that's an in-place plan swap on your existing subscription, not a new trial.
What do credits pay for?
Credits are billed per outbound action, not per plan feature:
- An email send costs 0.1 credit (0.2 when it's hyper-personalized).
- A voice call is billed by talk time — roughly 0.17 credit per second, discounted about 90% during our launch promo, which works out to around 5 credits for a typical 5-minute call.
- AI writing and research usage is metered in small fractions of a credit.
- Manual replies you send yourself from Conversations don't consume credits — only the outbound sends Loop handles for you do.
Your credit balance and usage for the current billing period are both shown on the Billing tab, along with when your credits reset (or your plan renews, if that's a different date).
Where do I see or change my plan?
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Your current plan, credit balance, and usage for the period are shown at the top.
- Select Change plan to open the plan picker and switch tiers or billing period.
- If you're moving to a new paid plan, this opens a hosted checkout tab. If you already have an active subscription, the switch happens in place — no new checkout, no new trial.
You can also cancel a paid plan from the plan picker, which downgrades you back to Free.
Where do I manage my card and invoices?
From Settings → Billing, select Manage billing to open your billing portal — this is where you update your card, view invoices, and manage your subscription directly. It's only available once you have an active billing account; if you're on Free, subscribe to a paid plan first.
Do I have a promo code?
Yes — the Billing tab has a Have a promo code? card. Enter your code and select Apply; if it's valid, your credits and plan details update automatically.
What happens if I run low on credits?
When your balance runs low, the credit meter on the Billing tab (and elsewhere in Loop) flags a Low balance state so you can top up or upgrade before an outbound send fails partway through. If your plan has active-loop or monthly-people limits, those are shown alongside your credit usage on the same tab.
