# Managing your People

How people land in your People list, what their profile shows, and how to filter, search, and export your audience in Loop.

Your **People** page is every person Loop has talked to or is set to talk to, in one list. People enter it by joining a loop — imported from Topmate, uploaded as a CSV, or added from a saved list — and each profile shows their engagement, imported details, related loops, and full conversation timeline.

## Where do the people in my list come from?

Open **People** from the sidebar to see everyone Loop knows about. Every person on this page arrived through one of the import paths available from the **Import** button, which opens the same add-people dialog used when building a loop:

1. **From Topmate** — pick one or more of your Topmate services and Loop pulls the people who booked or engaged with them into a named list.
2. **Upload CSV** — drop a CSV of your own contacts. Loop reads an email column plus any extra columns (title, company, phone, custom fields) and keeps them as imported details on each profile.
3. **Saved list** — reuse a list you already built from an earlier import.

Loop dedupes by email across every import, so re-uploading a contact links them into your existing record instead of creating a duplicate.

## How do I find someone in my People list?

The People page gives you three ways to narrow the list:

- **Engagement chips** — **All**, **Engaged**, **Not engaged**. A teal dot marks someone as Engaged; there's no badge at all for Not engaged, so absence is the signal, not a gray label.
- **List filter** — scope the view to one saved list.
- **Search** — search by name or @handle.

Switch between **Table** and **Cards** view with the toggle at the top right; your choice is remembered the next time you open the page. The table view supports selecting rows and exporting them to CSV, including any custom columns from your original upload.

## What does a person's profile show?

Click any name to open their profile. It's built from four parts, top to bottom:

1. **Hero card** — name, title, an **Engaged** pill when applicable, the channel they're reachable on, and when they were last touched.
2. **Imported details** — the fields exactly as they came in on your CSV (title, company, phone, custom columns), so nothing you uploaded gets lost.
3. **In loops** — every loop this person is enrolled in, with sends and replies for each, plus a **What Loop knows** summary of what Loop has learned about them so far.
4. **Timeline** — the full history of touches and events for that person.

From the profile you can jump straight to **Open conversation** to pick up the thread yourself instead of writing from scratch.

## What is the "Most likely to book" list?

Visit **People → Most likely to book** for a ranked view of everyone your loops are talking to, sorted by how likely they are to book — each person's row explains why, with the signals Loop used to rank them. Loop refreshes this list every minute. Check back whenever you want to see who to prioritize next, and jump back to the full list with **All people**.

If you don't see anyone there yet, run a loop first — check /loops to start one — and check back once Loop has had a chance to reach out.
