# Voice handoffs carry notes and context

You can now get voice handoffs with notes and context to you or your rep, plus smarter follow-ups and cleaner team drill-downs.

## New features

- When Loop books or schedules a callback from a call, the notes, the person’s source, and their persona now land with you or your rep.
- Follow-ups can nudge 30 minutes after delivery if there’s no reply, and Loop won’t re-pitch someone who already has your offer link.
- Not interested now declines just this loop, while do-not-call only applies when someone asks for it explicitly.

- Calls close more naturally with a clear goodbye, and Hinglish handling is tighter on India-English mixes.
- People can cut in on phone calls more reliably, and speech pickup holds up better on noisy lines.
- Calls pull from your knowledge base more reliably and spin up faster.
- Team drill-down shows correct per-person warnings and counts, adds a quick reassign path, and gives you Open in panel from the list.
- The Chrome extension stays signed in more reliably, and if it can’t reach Loop you’ll see a clear unavailable message instead of confusing errors.
- Voice quality holds up better on low-bandwidth lines and avoids awkward dead air between words.

## Bug fixes

- Saying Not now on a post-webinar loop now defers correctly instead of opting the person out.
- If someone asks who’s calling, Loop stays on-brand and offers a helpful redirect instead of drifting into the wrong script.
- Fixed rare pacing bugs so budgets and time slices update correctly without manual reloads, and late-claim races are gone.
