- Automations keywords handle emoji-only phrases, the list error state is clearer, and we warn before a global catch‑all swallows everything.
- WhatsApp STOP opt-outs now persist and are respected across your org before any send.
- Instagram stopped pitching every turn, sends the right asset, and won’t ship the same link twice.
- Billing recovery flows are steadier: declined payments get a working button, we open the right session, we don’t promise retries when they aren’t possible, and free plans show no renewal date.
- Monthly credits stay in sync with your plan and never wipe grandfathered grants.
- Pricing compare and plan labels are accurate across pages, without odd wrapping or mixed names.
- Voice polish: fewer awkward openings and double greetings, safer hold and voicemail edges, fewer false DNC marks, and more reliable outcome tracking.
