You can now invite sales reps into Loop with focused access and hand WhatsApp conversations to them.

## New features

- Invite sales reps into Loop with a conversations‑only workspace and owner‑scoped Conversations. They pick a workspace on login, can take control of their People, and hand it back when done.
- Hand WhatsApp threads to reps with clear reply rules. Reps can reply with templates even when the 24‑hour window is closed.
- Correct Loop in the inbox with per‑message feedback. Your edits feed back into Loop so follow‑ups match your voice.
- Choose the voice Loop uses on calls and teach name pronunciations with live previews.
- After each call, see what happens next and let Loop follow through. We treat voicemail correctly and send booking links on the channel the person prefers.
- Link a conversion to its Topmate booking from loop detail so you can jump straight to the session.

## Experience updates

- Needs you is now accurate across the inbox and digest, and the ?filter=needs_you deeplink works. Digest links land where they promise, and unknown counts show as unknown.
- Billing and checkout are clearer: Smart Checkout adds a coupon field, trials state the real upfront charge, prices stop contradicting, and you’ll see when you can switch payment method.
- If your account is past due, you can still see plans and act.
- Automations show when billing paused them, and the dashboard displays the free‑tier DM allowance. Overshoot now reads 50/50, not 53/50.
- Referrals got a share modal and a list of who you referred, and your referral survives a trip through the inbox.
- The right rail shows the HubSpot owner and a deep link to the contact.

## Bug fixes

- We stopped sending your private email address to People on outbound messages.
- Outbound messages no longer render twice in Conversations.
- Your own Instagram DMs no longer appear as Loop.
- Pausing a Loop now pauses email too, not just WhatsApp.
- Voice profile updates no longer error after save, so picking a voice works reliably.
- Redirected links keep their query parameters, so cards and emails land with the right context.
- HubSpot owner auto‑assign on reply is stable, and the right‑rail loads without missing‑field errors.
- Topmate sync continues past upstream page limits and respects rate limits, keeping Bookings fresh.
