You can now run post-webinar loops and opt into scripted steps, and we tightened conversation handling, voice readouts, and ads privacy along the way.

## New features

- You can run post-webinar loops that ask for feedback, then make a clear offer in the same flow.
- You can opt into scripted steps per loop, with outbound clean-up that clears stale drafts and tasks between steps.

## Experience updates

- We now show who has a conversation and why, and we no longer show past wait times; overdue conversations won’t pretend to be on a timer.
- We tell the person someone will call before we pause outreach to let that call happen.
- If a person replies, we answer them and stop re-sending the intro.
- We tuned outbound writing to read like a person and avoid making promises.
- Draft feedback now names the words that block a send so you can fix it fast.
- We separated voice call readouts so our first reply gap is distinct from the other side's silence.
- Ads and privacy got polish: the disconnect action stands out more, we clarify how your own pixel is handled, and if someone requests data deletion we drain and stop your audiences.
- Tapping Text now creates a task in your queue, not just a ping.
- CRM sync now runs one at a time per creator to avoid duplicates.

## Bug fixes

- We stopped messages that shouldn’t send from slipping through, and records now match what actually went out.
- A person nobody has contacted yet is no longer marked as waiting.
- Bookings with a service now enroll people in the right loop when the webhook fires.
- Offer topics now ignore a trailing "- Recordings" in labels.
- Operating hours are applied correctly at 06:00-22:00 local.
- Scripted flows handle link rules, nudge templates, and late joiners more reliably.
