Missed-call follow-ups now fire on WhatsApp with quick replies, plus cleaner follow-ups, steadier HubSpot sync, and faster handoffs to reps.

## New features

- Missed-call follow-ups now go out on WhatsApp with quick replies—Call me, Text now, Not interested. Loop uses your service phrase, records their choice, and auto-creates them as a contact so it can follow up cleanly.
- Your rep gets a nudge on their phone the moment someone goes live in the funnel, so they can jump in fast.

## Experience updates

- You can filter the follow-ups list by creator and by rep to zero in on what needs your attention.
- Follow-up rows now date from the funnel, not an old loop, so the timeline makes sense.
- Opening a follow-up now lands you in the right conversation for that funnel, jumps to the latest messages, and shows the person’s name.
- Pre-approved WhatsApp templates are in, so these messages deliver predictably.
- HubSpot stays tidy: only real actions become tasks, complaints need evidence, and task text reflects what actually happened.
- HubSpot sync is steadier on big workspaces with smarter batching and rate-limit awareness, so fewer stalls.

## Bug fixes

- Refunds now exit your paid audience, and when someone is marked won they correctly count as booked.
- We fixed phrasing in activity topics so sentences read correctly.
