# The new Knowledge section arrives for managing context

## New features

- You can now sign in using Google and receive email OTPs for added security, making it easier to access your Loop account.
- We've added a Knowledge section where you can find and manage context groups, complete with navigation and content flows like docs, notes, and links.
- Introducing a 'Stay in Loop' page featuring challenge terms and fair-play guidelines, helping you stay informed and compliant.

## Experience updates

- We've improved the Instagram disconnect flow to clearly surface any failures and automatically refresh Settings.
- The Knowledge page no longer has horizontal scrolling, offering a cleaner viewing experience.

## Bug fixes

- Fixed an issue with SIP dial failures so Loop stops trying dead numbers and properly alerts you.
- Resolved a problem where completed loops would leave leads stuck; they now resume engagement as expected.
- Instagram direct messaging is now more reliable with error 422 fixed and channel connections reconciled.
- The campaigns page in the admin dashboard now properly paginates, allowing you to see beyond the first 50 entries.
