# Act from the conversation: reply, take over, find people

You can now act right from any conversation—reply, take over, and find people without leaving the view.

## New features

- You can reply, take over, and find a person directly from a conversation.
- When you use a quick reply, Loop answers you and marks the task complete where you’re working.

## Experience updates

- Sales follow-ups now show when the conversation last spoke, so you know what’s fresh.
- That page also has one search box, not two.
- If a lookup is refused, we say refused instead of pretending it never arrived.
- We show the host on links you approve, and CSV-driven Loops are limited to prevent over-sending.
- Drafts and summaries read cleaner: clear openings, a proper They said line, and we name who will call.
- Voice follow-ups use the last call’s summary, not an apology about it.
- Ask Loop’s dark theme stays in Ask Loop and no longer bleeds into sales pages or the app.

## Bug fixes

- People who replied don’t get silenced by review holds or sweeps, and even very old replies now reach a person.
- Closing a conversation now actually closes it, and activity logs load reliably.
- Declining a draft triggers a rewrite instead of ending the conversation.
- We no longer close your CRM tasks on our own.
- Instagram ads name import works again after a platform change.
- One bad data query no longer blocks the rest, and we read the right column.
- An abstention is handled correctly and not counted as a disagreement.
