# Release notes drafts don't get lost

Small fix this round: if publishing the changelog fails, the draft stays put.

## Bug fixes

- We fixed an issue where changelog drafts could be discarded when publishing failed. The release entry now stays intact so the notes appear once publishing succeeds.
